Refund policy

• Items may be returned within 14 days after delivery of the item is completed.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• In order to submit a return and refund request, please email us at hello@tenderthorn.com
• Cost of return shipping is handled by the customer. 
• Items sent back without sending us the request will not be accepted.
• Upon receiving the item back, we will check it for damage and evaluate if the refund may be processed.

 

Damages

• If you receive your item damaged, please take multiple photos of the item and packaging, and contact us at hello@tenderthorn.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem
• If the damage is caused by incorrect packaging or during shipping, we may evaluate the situation and offer a full or partial refund.
• Damages caused by incorrect usage by the customer may not be refunded.
